Admissions Process

Welcome to KapKa! We are excited you’ve found one of the best-kept secrets of Seattle, and we are looking forward to getting to know your family and your child(ren) through the admissions process. You may find yourself joining us during the regular admissions season, or at other parts of the year. No matter when you find us, each family will move the through these steps:

  1. VISIT: Schedule a tour and/or attend our open house.

  2. APPLY: Submit an application.

    Application deadline: January 16, 2025.

    • Children must be five years old by September 1st of the school year they are applying for.
    • You must attend a tour or the open house before your application will be reviewed.
    • Applications received after the deadline will be considered as space is available.

  3. KID VISIT: Have your child join us at KapKa for a kid visit.

  4. FINANCIAL AID (optional): Apply for financial aid if needed.

    Financial aid deadline: February 6, 2025.

    • You may still apply for aid after the deadline. Funds will be dispersed as they are still available.
    • If your family is awarded financial aid, you will receive this information at the same time as your enrollment offer.
